At Velocity, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all gear in its original, unworn condition. If your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, we will make it right with a seamless exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original state.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
